Can I reserve a storage space in person, on the phone, or online?
Yes, reservations may be made over the phone, in person at the facility, or any time via our website.
What happens if I cancel a reservation?

What is a roll-up door?
A roll-up door is like a garage door; it rolls up overhead for easy access. We offer automatic openers for larger units.
What is the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?
Indoor units are completely protected from the elements, have wide hallways, and are climate controlled. In multi-story facilities these units have elevators.
Outdoor units typically resemble the environment of a garage, with the same ease of access that you would expect from a garage in your home. They are all on one level, with drive-up access.
Are there specific times that I can access my storage unit?
You can access your unit at your convenience with our 24/7 access.
What if I forget my access code?
Will my belongings be safe?
No storage company can guarantee that your belongings will be completely safe. However, our facilities are equipped with security features that help deter illicit activity. We offer the following security measures to protect your belongings.
Do I Need Insurance
Per your lease, insurance coverage is expected for property that exceeds $1000 in value. We will be offering storage-friendly policies soon; please stay tuned for announcements.
We recommend that you add our facility to any existing renters or homeowners policy you already have, reviewing with your agent that “offsite storage” is covered, and exactly what your policy covers. Please review the details of your lease to understand personal liability for loss or damage to facility or other property onsite, and plan accordingly to reduce risk.
Can I designate specific people, other than myself, to have access to my storage unit?
You can restrict access to yourself, or you may designate specific people to have access to your unit and unique code. You may change your access code any time you feel it is necessary, just give us a call.
What if I forget my access code?
Call during regular business hours for assistance regarding forgotten access codes. For your protection, we will request proof of identity.
Where can I find a list of storage facility sizes?
On our website, click on Storage Resources and scroll down to the Size Guide.
What is meant by climate-controlled storage?
Climate-controlled units are interior units that ensure less dust, pests, and humidity that might ordinarily harm your belongings. These units are kept cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We recommend storing your most valuable items in a climate-controlled storage unit. Your facility manager is happy to discuss industry-standard temperature and humidity guidelines, and receive any feedback or concerns you may have about your units.
Do you have storage unit specials?
Our storage facility regularly runs specials; please check our site for current promotions.
Are certain items prohibited in storage units?
Yes. Anything that could increase the risk of damage to your belongings or those of others is prohibited.
Please refer to your lease for detailed guidelines, and see additional information below.*

We bill on the 1st of each month. If your payment is late, we grant every customer a 5-day grace period. Late and overlock fees will be charged beginning on the 6th of each month. After the 5th of the month, any account that is past due will be denied access to their unit until such time as the balance is brought current.
Can I pay in person?
Absolutely! You can arrange to pay in person with our office staff. You may use cash, check, debit or credit card.

To avoid the possibility of late fees and being locked out at the gate, we recommend signing up for autopay.
How Much Rate Increase Can I Expect Each Year?
When a low introductory rate is offered at initial move-in, there will likely be a reasonable adjustment to the market at the end of that period. We are legally required to provide a 30-day notice of rate increase via email, so you will not be caught off guard. Please be assured, we value your long-term business and will work with you to craft the storage strategy that is right for your budget and situation. Our philosophy is that rates should be sustainable for both parties. Again, we value our relationship with you, the customer.
Do you rent space month-to-month or do I have to sign a long-term lease?
Our storage and parking rental contracts are month-to-month; no long-term lease is required. We do, however, guarantee your rate for 12-months should you need to stay that long.
Please inquire about the process of leasing our mini-offices. Though this varies from our self-storage and parking leases, we strive to make the process as simple and accessible as possible, so you can stay focused on growing your business.
What are my bill payment options?
You can pay your bill conveniently through our online account management portal. We accept all major credit cards.
What if I fail to pay my rent/late fees?
If rent and associated fees are not paid, you are at risk, under Texas law, of the contents of your unit being sold at auction to pay unpaid rent, fees, and any costs of the sale incurred by the facility owner. If, after this procedure, any net proceeds of the auction remain, they are paid to you. We never want this to happen. To prevent this from happening, we offer the following options.
If, during the first month of your lease, you find that you will be unable to pay, let your facility manager know and immediately move out. This will stop all collection efforts.
How Often Do You Raise Your Rate?
Our facility boasts a unique policy – the 12-month rate guarantee! This is beneficial for longer-term storage situations, and assists our business tenants with budgeting.
Be sure to ask the competition their typical rate increase schedule before exerting the energy to move in, especially if you’re staying more than a few months.
If you have further questions, or need detailed self storage information per your unique situation, we’re here to help. We look forward to your call!
